I joined Reputation.com as part of an effort to rebuild the product team and rethink the products themselves. The Repuation.com product portfolio had diversified and grown over several years as they sought market traction. The result was a hodgepodge of products that were difficult to understand for the consumer but also difficult to add to as Reputation continued it's exploration for mass market product fit.
I hired and managed a the design team through this exploration process.
The result was a news feed of information related to your online reputation. It is a place where the various Reputation services can publish "news" relevant to your online reputation and offer possible actions to either promote or mitigate the content.
We had just finished implementation and roll out of the first phase of the project (redesign of the product MyPrivacy) when the company switched priorities towards the enterprise offering.
