Dialin’ is the easiest way to keep in touch with customers. Dialin’ gives salespeople easy access to their Salesforce contacts, a simple way to build and manage a list of calls to make and a simple way to log calls to Salesforce and schedule follow-ups.
After struggling to get our first application WorkinBox out the door we looked at what we had and realized we might have an easier path to getting into the market. We had seen many times that salespeople were making lists of customers to call by the end of the day - often scribbled on a piece of paper. Executing those calls was easy enough if the customer's phone number happened to be in their phone but it often wasn't. Remembering to log that call and schedule follow-ups was particularly difficult because they were in a mode of wanted to burn through the calls.
Dialin’ is an app focused on supporting this specific work occaision. During our beta program we found this to be a very valuable tool for a small number of people on too infrequent an occaision.
